The Titusville Redevelopment Authority acquired the former Armco Steel property and is renovating the site for lease. The park consists of approximately 206 acres zoned industrial and about 50 buildings on site with about 670,000 square feet total space. The variety of buildings make the site suitable to numerous types of operations from back office to heavy industrial.

Located in the city of Titusville, Opportunity Park is about 45 miles southeast of Erie and 100 miles north of Pittsburgh.
