Our Renovation and Maintenance Specialists

It is amazing what can be accomplished with the right tools and the right people. We have that luxury with our crew of thirteen creative individuals. Through their dedication and hard work, abandoned space has been renovated into modern offices and useful manufacturing areas.

Rehabilitation of old buildings is an on-going process. Our crew has helped renovate approximately 700,000 square feet of first floor space and continues to work to complete the remaining upper story space in the main facility as well as in six varied-storied, stand-alone buildings at the Crawford County Industrial Park.

The crew maintains all the assets of the Economic Progress Alliance which includes three industrial parks, a senior citizen apartment building, as well as a rail spur and locomotive. Having them on site daily also makes the upkeep of equipment and facilities easier and ensures immediate response to any emergency conditions that may arise.

We can't stress enough how each one of our crew contributes to the work of the Alliance and enables us to step beyond the norm in renovation.
