Conference and Training Centers

The William J. Douglass Jr. Conference Center provides a 1,644 square feet conference and meeting area that can be set up in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs. Included in the rental of the space is a large kitchen to handle catering needs.

Equipment available for use includes an LCD projector and drop down screen, a combo VHS recorder/player and DVD player, and wireless microphone. There is wireless internet connection as well as high speed cable connection. Up to fifteen (15) laptops are available for rent.

The Dillon Conference room is a newly completed meeting area located in the Donald E. Dillon Center. Amenities available include high speed internet, wireless internet, audio and video conferencing, satellite broadcast via Armstrong cable, mobile whiteboard, and LCD projector and screen. The large conference table provide seating for up to twenty (20) people.

Catering is available through the on-site service provider or through a provider of your choice. A small kitchen area is located in room. There is also a food court managed by Hetricks adjacent to the conference room.
